In the event room, you can find a few buttons on the bottom toolbar. To interact with others, click Chat to open a sidebar where you can type a message and see the conversation history of the event room. Note that your message will be visible to everyone.

Next to the Chat button, there is Q&A. Clicking it will open the Q&A tab on the sidebar, where you can type questions for the speaker. You can freely switch between chat and Q&A tabs by clicking them on the top of the sidebar.

You can also unmute your microphone to speak by clicking the microphone button (Unmute) on the bottom left. However, to minimize interruption to the event, we suggest keeping it on mute unless specifically instructed by the speaker.

Pop - Out Chat Window

There is a small pop out box next to Q&A at the top right corner of your screen. Feel free to “pop out” the chat and Q&A window, for an organized screen and arrangement that fits your needs.

Clicking the pop-out chat window will help you declutter your screen and move the chat to a different screen.
